Explore Shree’s Favorite Cuisines
I enjoy trying new foods.
To me, food is one of the simplest ways to understand a culture. Every dish is the result of thousands of years of experimentation, tradition, and human ingenuity. Generations of people have tasted it, changed it, perfected it, and passed it on.
When I try a new food, I’m not just tasting a new flavor. I’m experiencing a piece of someone else’s history and getting to know the people and culture behind it.
Food is a doorway into people. And sometimes, through that doorway, you discover a culture you come to love and people you come to love along the way.
